What this covers
This policy covers the enquiry pages at this address. It explains what is collected when you send your details, where that information goes, and how to have it removed. It is written to align with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What is collected
If you complete the enquiry form, Thrive Creative Inc. collects the name, email address and phone number you enter, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of the submission. Your IP address and browser user agent are recorded with the submission as a record of consent and to help detect automated abuse.
Separately, the page records anonymous page views so we can see which pages are being read. That measurement is aggregate. It does not record your screen, your keystrokes or your form entries, and it is not used to identify you.
Why it is collected, and your consent
The details you enter are used for one purpose: so Thrive Creative Inc. can reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Submitting the form is your express consent to be contacted about that enquiry. Nothing is added to a marketing list without a separate, clearly worded opt-in, and there is no automated marketing sequence behind this form.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a database that belongs to Thrive Creative Inc. and are emailed to their team so they can respond. The following processors are involved in delivering that:
- Cloudflare hosts the page, stores the submission, and runs the Turnstile check that screens out automated submissions.
- Resend delivers the notification email to Thrive Creative Inc..
- PostHog records the anonymous page-view measurement described above.
- Sprout IQ built and operates these pages for Thrive Creative Inc. and can access submissions in the course of supporting them.
Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and are not used for advertising targeting.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started, and are removed on request. If your enquiry does not lead to work together, you can ask for it to be deleted at any point and it will be.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email kevin@thrivecreative.ltd or call +1 403-554-6847 and it will be handled. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies
This page uses a small number of cookies: one to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, and one for the anonymous page-view measurement. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this page. You can clear or block them in your browser without affecting the enquiry form.
