Discovery takes about a couple of weeks, and the proof-of-fit engagement runs 2 to 4 weeks after that. You are working with the team long before a comparable senior hire would have signed an offer.
Is this staff augmentation?
No. You get a complete team with consistent people and strategic guidance, not individual contractors dropped into your backlog. The same people stay with you across phases.
What does the rate cover?
